Laura McLaughlin, M.Ed., LMFT, LMHC Executive
Director Laura McLaughlin
received her masters in counseling from the University of Massachusetts at Boston in 1995. She is a licensed mental health
counselor and a licensed marriage and family therapist. She has been a clinical member in good standing with
the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy since 1998. She is also a member of the New England Society of Clinical Hypnosis, New England Society for the Treatment of Trauma and Dissociation and the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation. Over the last 19 years, Laura has worked with youth and families in residential, community, home-based, and outpatient
settings. Areas of expertise include working with complex family systems, couples counseling and ADHD.
Areas of interest include EMDR, clinical hypnosis and the treatment of trauma.. Laura enjoys working with children,
adolescents and adults of all ages. Amy Lister, M.D., Medical Director Dr. Lister is a graduate of Bryn Mawr College
and the University of Virginia School of Medicine. She completed a combined residency in Pediatrics, General Psychiatry and
Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Lister has practiced in Massachusetts, New
York, and Vermont. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Association, the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and the American Diabetes Association. She enjoys working with children and adults of all ages. Her particular areas of interest
include ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and chronic medical illness. Judith Berube, M.A., LMHC
Judith Berube received
he master of arts degree in clinical mental health counseling from Rivier College. Judy is a member in
good standing of American Counseling Association, Massachusetts Mental Health Counselors Association, and Massachusetts Retired Teachers Association. She is a licensed mental health counselor with
extensive experience in mood disorders, substance abuse disorders, adult grief, and life-limiting illness. Judy's areas
of interest include EMDR, EFT and individual counseling with adolescents and adults of all ages.
Michael Chadwick, M.S., LMHC
Michael Chadwick received his master of science degree in mental health
counseling and psychological services from Salem State College. He is a member in good standing with the
American Mental Health Counselors Association and the Massachusetts Mental Health Counselors Association. Michael is a licensed mental health counselor and has extensive
experience working with adolescents in educational settings. Michael has a comprehensive understanding
of special education and local resources. He specializes in the areas of anger management and conflict
resolution. Michael enjoys individual counseling with latency age children, adolescents and adults. Diana
Carlson, LICSW Diana received her master’s degree in social work from Salem State College. She is a licensed independent
clinical social worker. Diana is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. She has an eclectic approach to treatment and works with children and adults of all ages. Diana treats
a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, parenting, inattention, relationships, loss, and substance
abuse. Robin Risso, M.Ed.,
LMFT Robin Risso received her masters in counseling
from Cambridge College in Cambridge, MA in 2000. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist. She has
been a clinical member in good standing with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. She
is also an Approved Supervisor for the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, coaching clinicians entering the
field. Robin’s work has a strong focus in working with youth and families primarily in community, home-based,
and outpatient settings. Areas of expertise include working with complex family systems, couples
counseling, adolescent and transitional age issues. Robin utilizes a variety of therapeutic models and intervention
techniques to ensure that treatment is always centered on the voice(s) of those she is working with. Elizabeth Flynn,
ARNP Elizabeth Flynn received her masters degrees in nursing at Boston University in 1981 and Rivier College
in 1995. She is a licensed clinical nurse specialist specializing in psychiatry, mental health, child
and adolescent care. She has been board certified with the American Association of Clinical Care Nurses since 2005. Elizabeth has years of experience with adults, adolescents and children in hospital and community
based settings. Areas of expertise include working as a team member to provide medical and emtional support
to complex family systems during times of crisis and transition.
